At Peter Mark, we want you to be completely satisfied with your professional hair care purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unopened and unused products within 28 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and still have the security seals intact to qualify for a return.

  Complete the Return Form

  Fill out the returns form included in your original shipment, noting the reason for return and whether you prefer an exchange or refund.

  Package and Post

  Securely pack your items and send them back to our distribution center using a tracked postal service to ensure safe delivery.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our salon experts inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
